Required Experience:
Over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description
Desired Experience:
At least 3 years of experience developing and coordinating procurement documentation. Experience with acquisition reviews and cost analysis. Experience with the following: Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), Program Management Tool (PMT), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLS), Program, Planning and Budgeting System (PPBS), Statements of Work (SOW), and Procurement Initiation Documents (PID).
Experience with aircraft manufacture design specifications and aircraft communications system architecture. Familiarity with development of future capability requirements and POM issue sheets.
Education Requirements:
MA/MS degree from an accredited college
Or
Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
