St. Mary’s County Business, Education and Community Alliance (BECA) hosts the 2018 Scholarship Fair on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm at the Dr. James A. Chamber Member Ranked #2 Workplace by Washington Post

In a recent Washington Post magazine ranking companies in the DMV, our very own Century 21 New Millenium was ranked number 2 in the large company category for the second year in a row.  The Post said " the top three large companies strive to form long-term relationships with their employees, but they have strikingly different ways of going about it."

Stone says she owes it to her emloyees to keep things "fun, fair, and profitable...If you try to keep that in check for everyone involved, it gives you an environment people want to not only start out in but stay in, nobody wants drudgery."
