Functional Description
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project cost objectives. Analyzes requirements and project status to generate cost estimates and schedules in support of program budgets. Performs management, technical, and/or cost comparisons in support of business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets cost data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules.
