Salary/Rate: The estimated hourly range for this position is $28.00-$29.00 per hour, Non-Exempt. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.

Functional Description:
Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team of a prominent Program Management Office. As the Junior level EA, this position would be responsible directly to the Head of Operations in support of conducting report preparation, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, answering phones, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Regularly interact with senior leadership within the PMA, external stakeholders, and various OEM's. The EA works in a fast-paced office environment that demands attention to detail, professionalism, leadership, with the ability to be the face of the organization. The EA would be a member of a team supporting the leadership of the Program Management Office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Format and track correspondences.
- Manage schedules and operations schedules for leadership team.
- Process travel authorizations and vouchers via Defense Travel Systems (DTS) for leadership team.
- Approve Conference room requests for program office.
- Assist setting-up classified VTCs.
- Develop and update PowerPoint presentations.
- Use MS Teams and SharePoint sites to control and manage data.
- Assist and confirm Visit Requests and Security Clearance in Defense Information Systems for Security (DISS).
- Perform security checks to ensure all security containers are locked and properly denoted on the SF700 logs.
- Assist in on boarding/off boarding tasks for new/departing team members.
- Maintain and update Program Manager notebook and Read Ahead Binder.
- Attend Operations meetings.
