Program/Project/Mgt Analyst (Scheduler) Journeyman
Description:

Functional Description:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.  Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.  Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.  Tracks program/project status and schedules.  Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
 
Requirements:  
Required Education: 
  • Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the position description OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the position description.  Proficient in Microsoft Project and One-pager. Needs to be able to pull together a 30/60/90 analysis of the schedule and tasks.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate system schedule requirements and integrated schedule updates. Understand, outline and align top level plans for major development and procurement efforts. Maintains and develops Microsoft Project IGS.  Develop monthly outputs required by SME/PM team  Communicate with the team through virtual tools ( e.g. Microsoft Teams, CVR teams, SKYPE, DCS, etc.) Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status and budget. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.  Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
 
Computer Skills:
  • MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)  and MS-Project, One Pager

  • Candidate must possess and retain a Secret Security Clearance

Foreign Military Sales Analyst, Journeyman
Description:

Functional Description
Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.  With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.
Requirements:  
Required Education 
  • BA/BS degree. 
  • Allowable substitution(s):  
    • Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree; OR
    • Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Required Experience 
  • Candidate must have between three (3) to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Knowledge of Security Assistance Programs and FMS Case Lifecycles is highly desired.

Requirements:  
Required Education 
  • BA/BS degree.

Desired Experience
  • Experience with Procurement Management Tool (PMT) and the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT). Understanding of the NAVAIR funding process, colors of money, knowledge of applying monies to contracts and funding documents. Skilled in MS Office suite, SharePoint, and ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
