Required Experience:
Over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description
Desired Experience:
- Over 10 years of naval aviation operational and maintenance experience. Experience in acquisition program management, technical and logistics life cycle support of Airborne Strategic Command, Control, and Communications including the E-6B aircraft for operating forces.
- Proven leadership and experience in cost, schedule and performance of aircraft production, aircraft integration, and fleet support.
- Successful history of reducing aircraft MRO turn-around time while maintaining the highest levels of quality.
- Provide analysis and recommendations on planned readiness and sustainment efforts.
- Coordinate with geographically dispersed team to meet fleet demand/need.
- Provide analysis and recommendations regarding required personnel and manning requirements. Provide recommendations on organizational structure and staff manning to support a cost-effective, capable, and ready force.
- Track program/project status and schedules.
Required Education:
MA/MS degree from an accredited college
Or
Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a master’s degree.
